Joe Minor is the Founder and Managing Partner of Minor Capital, where he leads the firm’s vision of providing strategic capital to dynamic founders and organizations while generating sustainable, long-term returns for its partners.

A graduate of Lipscomb University, Joe holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Management degree. Before founding Minor Capital, he built and scaled multiple startups and advised emerging companies in the technology and hospitality sectors—gaining a deep understanding of what it takes to grow brands that blend innovation, experience, and culture.

With over five years of experience in private market transactions, Joe has worked closely with technology founders and buzzing hospitality groups to structure and execute capital raises that drive growth.

Based in Austin, Texas, he continues to shape Minor Capital into a trusted partner for companies redefining the future of technology, hospitality, and entertainment.
